This incident has been resolved. EbbotGPT 2 is fully operational, and response times have returned to normal levels. All services utilizing the fallback model have been automatically switched back to EbbotGPT 2.

We have secured the necessary hardware resources and are currently deploying a new instance of EbbotGPT 2. Once active, we will automatically migrate all traffic back from the EbbotGPT 3 fallback to the restored model. We expect to mark the incident as resolved pending final stability checks.

Update 22-01-2026 10:18 (GMT+1): OVH is still working on a solution. Ebbot GPT 2 has become available due to actions taken by Ebbot; however, response times are approximately at 60% speed. As a result, we have decided to keep all customers on Ebbot GPT 3 by default while offering the option to switch to a degraded version of Ebbot GPT 2.

Update 22-01-2026 09:08 (GMT+1): Ebbot GPT 2 remains unavailable. All customers who normally use this model have been temporarily switched to Ebbot GPT 3 as a fallback. We believe the impact on customer solutions is minimal. The issue originates from our infrastructure provider, OVH, who is actively working on a resolution. We will continue to provide updates.

Update 22-01-2026 00:50 (GMT+1): The decision we made activated our model fallback system meaning that until Ebbot GPT 2 is back up, all bots utilizing it temporarily use Ebbot GPT 3 instead. The switch back to original model settings happens automatically.

Update 22-01-2026 00:30 (GMT+1): We've made the decision to temporarily disable Ebbot GPT 2 in order to get Ebbot GPT 3 up and running. This is a temporary mitigation and we're working on getting Ebbot GPT 2 up as soon as possible.
