Because this incident affected our primary ingress controller, all services hosted on our OVH platform were unreachable, including:
- Bots, Widgets / Chat Interfaces
- User Login & Authentication

What Happened:
The instability was caused by our traffic controller entering a restart loop due to resource constraints. This prevented any external traffic from reaching our services.

The connectivity issues have been resolved. We identified a configuration bottleneck in the routing layer that prevented the service from starting correctly.

EbbotGPT was down for approximately 5 minutes due to a network outage at our infrastructure provider, OVH. This resulted in a temporary loss of all incoming and outgoing traffic.
