We are experiencing database connectivity issues, causing intermittent failure on all services in Ebbot EU. This seems to impact our automations product the hardest. We are investigating the issue.
Update 2026-09-30 15:43 CEST: The issue has been identified and mitigated. We will continue monitoring the platform to ensure the applied fix resolves the issue.
Update 2026-10-01 14:26 CEST: Our monitoring confirms that the issue has been resolved.

Mobile website display issue following chat widget update.

Following an update to the chat widget, some customer websites displayed a white overlay on mobile devices, obscuring the underlying page.
This was caused by an improvement to zoom behavior on iOS devices interacting unexpectedly with default styling included in our custom CSS template.
