Following an update to the chat widget, some customer websites displayed a white overlay on mobile devices, obscuring the underlying page.

This was caused by an improvement to zoom behavior on iOS devices interacting unexpectedly with default styling included in our custom CSS template.

ebbot.eu experienced temporary unavailability due to maintenance performed by our hosting provider. It lasted between 18:05 and 18:20 UTC.

We have taken precautions do limit service disruptions but expect further downtime during the maintenance.
