We are currently experiencing issues with AI Insights data generation on the V2 platform. We are troubleshooting the issue and will restore any data that is currently not visible.

Note that this does not affect customers on the ebbot.eu or canada platforms.

We are facing an issue with no responses from bots running on ebbot.eu. Troubleshooting is in progress.

Update 08:57 - It seems to be isolated to bots using Salesforce as external live chat integration.

Update 19:30 - The issue has been fixed and we are back to normal.

We are currently resolving an issue with the data feed to the Insights analytics engine. An update is in progress to restore the connection. All queued data will be processed and backfilled once the fix is deployed.

We have restored data generation which is currently ongoing. Insights Dashboard should start getting populated with recent data. We will keep monitoring this until everything is complete.

We are experiencing an issue with data generation for the dashboards. We are currently troubleshooting the problem and will restore the data once the issue has been identified.
