Our hosting provider for our Product Guides are currently experiencing issues with their routing, which leads to inconsistencies in our services receiving requests causing intermittent failures.

We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting Ebbot GPT. This is causing messages not to be delivered as they should. Troubleshooting is in progress.

Update 2025-08-28 17:43 - We have restarted the GPT Service, which appears to have resolved the issue. We are continuing to monitor its performance.

We are currently experiencing issues with AI Insights data generation on the V2 platform. We are troubleshooting the issue and will restore any data that is currently not visible.

We are currently resolving an issue with the data feed to the Insights analytics engine. An update is in progress to restore the connection. All queued data will be processed and backfilled once the fix is deployed.
