Issues loading chat widget

We are currently experiencing issues loading widgets, which is causing the chat not to function properly. Troubleshooting is in progress.
Update 07:08 - Widgets are being restored now and we should be back to normal in a moment.

Issues with supervised scenarios

We are currently experiencing an issue where the supervised scenario is not working as intended. The handover back to the agent is not happening. Troubleshooting is in progress.
Update 16:11: We have identified and resolved the issue on all production platforms.
